When you purchase equipment from Medline you can be assured that it is covered by the Medline Warranty. This gives you the assurance that, in the unlikely event of a problem, we will resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
Each product is individually covered by the warranty. Included is a back-to-back support package allowing our service personnel to work directly with the Vendor. Training and spare parts are also freely avaialble from our support staff.
Medline provides a full return to base repair service as part of our standard equipment support program. Our facilities handle first and second line repair for the entire range of laboratory products.
