Made of autoclavable polypropylene, the screw threaded microtubes can be used at extreme temperatures from -190 º C to +121º C. Two versions available: in transparent polypropylene, or opaque brown (designed to be used with light sensitive samples).
Certified RNAse, DNAse and Pyrogen free. Tubes and caps can be centrifuged at 17,000 g.
Caps are supplied separately and are manufactured from polypropylene (medical grade) and feature an integral O-ring to ensure a leakproof seal. Available in a choice of colours.
Available in 0.5 ml, 1.5ml or 2.0ml with or without skirt (free standing).
The premium quality microtubes from Medline are suitable for use in liquid nitrogen, autoclave and for boiling applications and can withstand centrifugation at 20,000g. Ideal for long term sample storage and avaialble with or without graduations.
