When you purchase equipment from Medline you do so knowing that with each piece of equipment we ship our Medline Warranty commitment included. This gives you the assurance that, in the unlikely event a failure should occur, our organisation is ready and able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
Each product line we sell has a full manufacturer agreement. Included within that agreement is a back-to-back warranty support package allowing our service personnel to work directly with the Vendor. Clearly training and spare parts are freely avaialble to our support staff too.
Medline provides a full return to base repair service as part of our standard equipment support program. Our facilities handle first and second line repair for the entire range of laboratory products.
