Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to return goods to Medline Scientific, please follow the process below

Stage 1 - Contact the UK Sales Office

Stage 2 - You will be asked for a brief explanation as to why you need to return the goods

Once a return is validated by an authorised member of Medline staff you will be issued with a Sales Return (SR) number.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT MEDLINE SCIENTIFIC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY RETURNED GOODS WITHOUT A VALID SR NUMBER

Stage 3 - Package and return the goods

Returned Goods should be packaged in accordance with manufacturers shipping instructions and must be accompanied by the appropriate paperwork clearly marked with the Medline SR number.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE CLEAR AND CONCISE PAPERWORK MAY RESULT IN PROCESSING DELAYS.
